Devco will ensure that staff and subcontractors will maintain safe working practices on site, and that all methods of work conform to the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act 2004.
Devco fosters a culture of environmental sustainability including the minimisation or, where possible, the elimination of impacts on the surrounding social and biological environment.
Devco has a commitment to effective environmental management on site, demonstrated over a range of projects. A site specific Environmental Plan (EMP) will be developed for this Project in compliance with ISO 14001:2015.
Our certified Quality Management System ensures the required levels of quality are incorporated into each of our building activities. Work will be completed in line with the procedures outlined in the Quality Manual and will include regular internal audits to validate compliance. Devco quality management system is compliant with ISO 9001:2000.
