The Redevelopment of Building A comprised internal demolition/ refurbishment of the library, administration offices, specialist training areas including visual merchandising, millenary, myotherapy, hair and beauty. External works included a new pedestrian ramp for DDA compliance, line marking to car park areas and installation of bollards.

Construction works included upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, security and fire services to comply with the building code and a major boiler upgrade to the main plant room servicing the campus.
