Staged construction of a secondary school campus including demolition/ asbestos removal, refurbishment works and construction of the new technology/art building.

Stage 1
Construction of new technology/art building.

Stage 2
Block G refurbishment, minor renovations to boy’s gym toilets, music practice rooms and deck.

Stage 3
Demolition of the remaining Light Timber Construction (LTC), modular buildings, installation of a MOD4 portable building and associated external works including relocation of hard courts.

Redevelopment of the existing three level building comprises school administration, language centre and class rooms. The new two storey Technology/Learning Art building includes art studios, food technology. library resource centre and school cafeteria.

The rebuild enables the demolition of LTC’s, consolidation of class room /school buildings to the southern portion of the campus creating an opportunity to open up the site for new sport, recreation and outdoor performance spaces.
