The project comprises the demolition of an existing sports hall building and partial demolition of an education building enabling redevelopment for a new two level building with general class rooms, science, drama and music teaching facilities.
Construction of a new two storey sports building comprising two courts, gymnasium and associated facilities.
External works include two basketball courts, one Fusal Court and
landscaping.
Construction is staged within a live environment with progressive handover of stages to mitigate the impact on education delivery.

Challenges
The main construction site is adjacent to the library which requires temporary hoarding for acoustic separation.
Manoeuvring plant and materials within a restricted site nestled in close proximity to buildings and outdoor spaces.
Relocation of construction zones within the campus as completed stages are progressively completed and handed over for occupancy.
