The project comprised the design and construction of the first stage of a Sports Precinct including a sports pavilion and three football pitches on a greenfield site.

The site required extensive civil works, internal roads, infrastructure and landscaping. The project was delivered as a novated design & construct contract.

The Training Facility includes three fields of play, a pavilion and a community public amenities facility, in addition to ancillary car parking and public gathering and circulation spaces.
