The project comprises the upgrade and modernisation of a existing school with construction of a gymnasium building, refurbishment of an existing building and external works.
Construction of the new gymnasium includes a multi-court sports hall, amenities, music hall, practice rooms and breakout area.
The Building 3 refurbishment includes visual arts, technology and Science teaching facilities. Building 2 works comprised partial demolition and making good providing a gymnasium as a temporary facility until the new gymnasium is completed.
External works include an outdoor court, car parking and landscaping.
Construction is undertaken within a live environment.
