BROOKVIEW – RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE FACILITY

Construction of two new buildings; (one two storey and one three storey) connected via two multi-level link ways. The facility comprises ninety resident’s rooms, communal lounges, dining/activity rooms, clinical, staff administration and care facilities.  There is a full commercial kitchen and laundry, storage, utility and waste facilities, nurse call and wander alert system, security, CCTV, PABX, IT communication systems.

The development is over three staggered levels to respond to the 20 metre fall across the site.  Extensive civil works were undertakes including cut and fill, bored piers and retaining structures  to provide a platform for the new buildings. External works include landscaping, irrigation, car parking, paths, and roads.  Car parking is split between the upper and lower site areas.
