WYNDHAM LODGE – RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE FACILITY
Construction of a new four storey building to accommodate 120 resident rooms each with a full ensuite. Refurbishment and integration of the existing 30 bed accommodation building to expand the total facility to a 150 bed places.
External works include landscaping, irrigation, car parking, footpaths, nature strips and roads. The project is to be undertaken in three separable portions.
Separable portion 1 comprises practical completion of the new four storey 120 bed facility including three lifts, commercial kitchen, hairdressing and waste storage facilities. Includes nurse call and wander alert system, security, CCTV, PABX and IT communication systems.
Separable portion 2 requires the installation of loose furniture and equipment, commissioning of the kitchen and relocating the existing thirty residents into the new facility.
The final portion requires the decommissioning of temporary kitchen old plant room, and refurbishment of the existing thirty bed facility.
