The project consists of three new educational buildings. The two southern buildings comprise classrooms, library, offices with associated amenities. The northern building comprises gymnasium, canteen, and amenities. External works included sporting playing courts, hard/soft landscaping and car parking.

This project was the first educational building to be awarded a 5 Star Green Star Education Pilot Certified rating representing “Australian Excellence” in environmentally sustainable design and construction. The certification process was undertaken over a three year period with the project being awarded its certification on 7th February 2011 through the Green Building Council of Australia with listing on the GBCA website.
