Werribee South
Construction of the new arrivals entry precinct including external café and amenities, ticketing facilities, retail tenancy, and fit-out to the Wyndham City Council Visitor Information Centre.
The civil and landscape works included over 200 car parks, planting of mature native trees, installation of an irrigation system, 924,000 litre rubble pit to function as detention pond drainage to the car park.

Initiated an alternative construction methodology to accelerate the program to enable the ministerial opening with associated media coverage.
Early handover of the retail tenancy to enable stocking and the commissioning. Assisted with the relocation of retail operations to enable trading through out construction.
Coordination of interpretive works with consultants and client to enable in-situ artworks and sculptures to be incorporated within construction program.
Participated with the architect in the value engineering of shade structures to meet budget constraints.
