Success Factors

Located within a busy commercial/public precinct with high levels of pedestrian and vehicular traffic and restricted site access, through a single point of entry, Devco successfully managed the safety and logistical challenges presented by the location of the site.

Partial demolition of the existing building, retention of some of the structure (concrete panels and steel framing) to be interlinking with the new building structure was achieved with limited documentation.

Enabled public access to the i adjoining reserve and playing fields throughout the construction period.

Devco is a great Australian success story of persistence, skill and hard work creating a business based on the traditional values of quality and service.
