Construction of the first stage of a new senior secondary school (years 11-12) comprising two new buildings on a greenfield site. The project is being delivered in two separable portions.

The STEM and Arts Centre building has a floor area of over 3,000m2 and combines a range of specialist science, technology, engineering, materials and art studios.

The Learning Community Building has a floor area of over 1,500m2 and comprises 10 General Purpose Classroom areas, two collaboration spaces and associated amenities.

The development has over 13,000m2 of landscaping including 7,700 m2 of grassed area, 2,600 m2 natural finished concrete. External works include 45 at grade car parks, new electrical sub-station, passive and active outdoor recreational areas.

The buildings and services within the reserve are designed not only for the students’ benefit, but also to provide improved educational, social and recreational facilities for the wider local community.

The new school will interact with and complement the Taylors Hill West Community & Sports Reserve planned immediately south of the school.
