The Point Cook South East P-9 College & Children’s Centre was established on a green field site and involved three separable stages.
The first stage was the installation and refurbishment of twelve relocatable class rooms to enable the commencement of teaching. Refurbishment of relocatable buildings included decking, shade structures, playgrounds and soft landscaping.
The second stage was the construction of a new Child Care Centre with playground for the local Council. The third stage was construction of a new Learning Centre with flexible teaching areas and associated administrative facilities with car parking and civil works. Construction of the new buildings comprised slab on ground, steel framed structures with deck roof and masonry cladding.
