CASEY INDOOR LEISURE CENTRE

Cranbourne East

The project required the partial demolition of an existing court, and construction of a 5,480m2 extension to the existing Leisure Centre.  The project adds five additional courts and increases the Centre to a ten court basketball/netball facility.

The project scope required the installation of a kiosk sub-station, and the de-commissioning of an existing substation (located within the new building footprint) whilst maintaining power to the entire precinct.

The overall complex has a high level of patronage with numerous recreational facilities which remained in operation throughout construction.
