Construction of a new 1,000 seat performing arts theatre, entry foyer, amenities, kitchen/servery with drama/music tutorial rooms located beneath the auditorium. The project included installation of extensive specialist audio/visual infrastructure requiring a power upgrade to the campus.

The building features a dramatic architectural form with precast panels over 10M in height installed in a staggered formation. The steel trussed roof structure has metal roofing with a raked ceiling to the auditorium.

Works included construction of an elevated pedestrian link over a courtyard to provide access between two classroom wings of the adjacent teaching complex.

The Performing Arts Centre is a multipurpose space that hosts a vast array of events throughout the year.
