Construction of a new multi-purpose sports/performing arts hall, with seating for 600, and a separate primary teaching wing comprising eight class rooms for the music and the arts.

The undercroft to the primary wing building provides car parking for twelve vehicles and below ground storage for sporting equipment.

The project included cut and fill earthworks to enable the extension and upgrading of all the existing outdoor playing surfaces and courts.

The project is characterised by its contemporary architectural form with quality internal/external finishes including featured timber cladding.
