Redevelopment of an existing at grade public car park into a 5,700m2 landscaped community plaza with ground level retail tenancies with a pavilion cafe, shops, restaurants and a four level above ground car park for 127 vehicles.
The development has activated a public precinct into a pedestrian friendly community open space by providing active tenancies, passive recreation space at ground level, whilst increasing car parking. The precinct development includes various artworks relating to the local Vietnamese community together with a Welcome Arch.
