Success Factors

Successfully enabled all the adjacent businesses to remain fully operational during the construction including a new sub-station enclosure within the ground level of the building, requiring the de-commissioning of the old sub-station and coordination with Jemena ensuring power connection was maintained at all times to businesses in the precinct.

Successfully managed the staged reconfiguration of Byron Street, and the service lane adjacent to the site, including diversion of sewer and stormwater services whilst the precinct remained  operational.

Successfully managed the design management and construction of the Welcome Arch sculpture as an additional component to the project.

Devco is a great Australian success story of persistence, skill and hard work creating a business based on the traditional values of quality and service.
