Extensive civil works were undertakes including cut and fill, bored piers and retaining structures to provide a platform for the new buildings. External works include landscaping, irrigation, car parking, paths, and roads. Car parking is split between the upper and lower site areas.
Comprehensive construction methodology, program, and stakeholder management plan to address the specific challenges of the site.
Successfully managing construction and civil works, on a site with a 20 metre fall and restricting the run-off surface water minimising the impact to local environs and neighbours.
Implementing an effective fill recovery plan including the removal of topsoil, bulk excavation to enable bored piers/retaining structures to be constructed with minimal impact to the environment
